You push north toward Golspie on a longer day of about 6.5 to 7 hours with more remote walking and fewer villages between stops. The trail begins to feel like a proper coast-to-coast endurance test.

Golspie sits on the Dornoch Firth with a viaduct, shops, and accommodation. Stock up - the next sections have longer gaps between services.
