Stage 12

You continue north toward Wick on a day of about 5 to 6 hours through Caithness farmland and coast. The terrain eases slightly but wind and rain off the Pentland Firth are constant companions.

Wick is a proper town with shops, hotels, and transport links. A good place to restock before the final push to John o' Groats.
